This paper contains an application of characteristic classes of some Pradines-type groupoids over foliations, constructed by the author in [7] . Using these characteristic classes, we obtain a generalization of the Bott Vanishing Theorem to a flag (F,F') of foliations F and F'. The classical Bott Theorem follows from the above generalization if we put F={V}
